Strange fault

After driving the zs home from work earlier on it would not start again wouldn't even turn over, tried it several times still the same. Unplugged the exciter wire to the starter cleaned the connections fired straight up. But it was then idling poorly and over revving. It's running normally now. I've never seen anything like it very strange

The wire to the starter is a pretty common fault, I wouldn't worry too much tbh.

Yeah it seems to be fine now was quite corroded. just took it for a quick thrash and all is well

It most likely ran poorly when you first started because the injectors would have been firing fuel in even though the engine wasn't turning over.

Earth wire on slam panel.
