BHP from a V6 180
 

jUST HAD THIS POSTED UP ON A FACEBOOK site. The torque figure was 175 at 4332 rev They reckon they will get more after doing some more work on it. They do a Rolling Road meet every so often.

Sorry cannot get the graph of the run up but it is there.

KV6 Results - ZS180 197Bhp
We've been working in these for some time now and seeing some good results, although still not for public release yet.
Also had some fun with flames on the fully decatted exhaust 💥

Always a bit of discussion what the max BHP and Torque you can get out of the V6 without spending bundles on it.

All gets a bit technical for me but exhaust mods, manifolds, decat. straight through exhaust, silencer. New cams. lightweight flywheel, remap,

Remember one of the members put nitro on his V6 and we have a number of T16's, one of those was nitro.

The nitro V6 did the engine in after we had a meet at Brands Hatch when they were doing Taster sessions. Gave you 20 minutes or so out on the track, good fun.

My one is a derv 158 bhp 236 ft/lbs torque and goes OK

Did try a remap but didn't get anything from it!
