Zs180 mk2

Pennies are starting to mount up so I can start looking more seriously at buying a ZS again (sodding airline tickets...)

Sooooo.... searching for a MK2 ZS 180, must be a saloon, pref with alcantara trim but not essential. Prefer blue, black, BRG, XPG etc but will consider anything.

Budget is up to about 4k at the mo, though dependant on exchange rate ;)

Do you have someone over here to help with the sourcing?

Alan.F 23-01-09 07:36 AM

What will it cost to export it to New Zealand?

dvid 23-01-09 11:56 AM

Stick another £500 on top and I could be interested :D But as above it must cost a fair whack to export?

Yeah, I have some friends in Bristol who are happy to look at cars near them, and possibly someone in Manchester who could though haven't spoken to them yet.

Best quote for shipping is around 1250GBP, though I can't remember if that includes insurance or not. Then I've got to get it through our border control etc which won't be cheap, but from what I can work out it should be ok, so long as it's clean and tidy etc.

Budget increases as pennies mount up in bank a/c, or if exchange rate improves ;) Basically, happy to pay a bit more for a decent car as shipping etc is going to be constant, so might as well bring in the best one I can afford.

There's a couple of Autotrader that look interesting, though not really near enough to anyone I know, and some out of my price range anyway...

Well, if and when you find something that sits outside your 'known experts' boundry, let us know. We might be able to assist you. I can cover some of Hampshire and there are enough of us to probably cover most of the southern region. I'll let other members speak up if they so wish to help you out.

I doubt if insurance is included for £1250 as that does seem cheap for shipping.

Cheers for that, I will let you know :D I really like the look of this one (and the other half likes the colour, so that's a bonus) http://tinyurl.com/a9vf8f but it's in Newcastle, and is on the expensive side.

Think you're right on the insurance, I got a few quotes up to about 1500 and some included some insurance but can't remember which ones... have had quotes for about ~$400 NZD for shipping insurance separately I think.
