Mileage out of tyres?
 
What rough mileage do you guys get out a set of tyres?

My ZS 110 currently has 43k miles and i'm only on my second set of conti sport contact 2's on the front.

Your not trying hard enough :p

When I bought the car straight away I replaced the tyres with BF-Goodrich G-Sport Profilers and they were going well till a track day and it mullered them. But current set have been on there about 8k and the fronts will need doing very soon!

A normal driver should see nearly 20k on a front set of tyres. Usually at work we see cars up to about 15-20k on the factory fronts. Michelins and Bridgestones are usually the ones that last forever

on my mk1 zs180 i managed to do approx 28000 miles on the factory fitted tyres from new before i sold the car.
