That's a steal mate. Well done... What interior does it have?

Interesting that the seller was desperate to get rid and was gonna scrap it, but there was nothing on here and I dare say that he or she would've got a few quid more, or even a helping hand getting it sorted out. Where was it advertised?

X power forum guy said it's been like that four about 3 months and in the underground car park under the flats where the car was he only had one parking place will see what happens when the ECU kit gets here, I've had it pranking don't seem to be no funny noises etc from the engine. I did go through his previous posts on forum and other than the clutch slave cylinder failure that's the only problem I found he reported.

I'm also guessing the fact that it's never had a cambelt might have put him off because he did say he had had some quotes to do it in a garage and getting that done the service and the keys wasn't worth it to him

Well - you'll make a few quid at some point on it.

Nice one... Perfect mk2 180 as far as I'm concerned. Silver suits it and no big spoiler suits me...

I guess you need to be careful on what you spend on it though if as you hint, you might not keep it. Doing the belts yourself would be a saver, and hopefully your ECU issues can be sorted relatively cheaply.

Saying that there aren't many - if any - good low mileage cars out there. Smokey is looking and has good money to spend so you might get decent money for it if you decide not to keep it.

Very true, fingers crossed once ECU turns up it will run. If she does I'll run her for MOT and if that's all ok I'll do the belts etc. It's a risk buying any second-hand car really but at worst I suppose I could always put it out can't imagine I lose out. Guy seemed straight up and honest about everything tho so fingers crossed all be fine. I ordered an ECU kit yesterday so hopefully by mid-week it will be here

That looks mint for £300.... I can't believe something that tidy was sold for that little!
