looks better in the flesh. the outer is proper chrome. its made from solid metal not plastic like the origional one that fades after a year or 2

i have the union jack one in metal too but not got round to putting it on yet. did your georges cross one come with the lugs or is it just glued in place? scared of losing mine whilst driving as it is the stick on type.....

That looks tidy, I like

Really need a new badge on the rear of mine, tis in bad nic to say the least. Surprising how much of an effect a badge can have :)

afcbadam 21-04-09 07:56 PM

mine has the stick on tape. it wont go any where. the origional is only held on like that. the lug things on the back of an origional dont hold it in place they are just there for ease of location. in fact the new badge has more tape on the back of it than the origional

cool how did u get the old one off? been toying with idea of small screwdriver under one edge and praying i dont bend or crack the grill as i lever it. more sensible ways greatly received!
