What age/mileage should this be done ??

90,000 miles OR 6 years

which ever occurs first

Cheers for that, so a low mileage ZS thats ten years old isn't such a bargain cos the belts will need doing at about ?350ish, is that right ???

Yea my belt change was 450 from g but I found a nasty hidden suprise with mine so it cost more

I bought mine knowing that the belts needed doing as then at least you get your own history of the car and know about the work done. You may buy a car that says the belts were done but who's to say about the quality of the way they were done, or if they even were at all! Some people will try anything to sell a car, and it probably aint hard to fabricate an invoice from a backstreet garage!
