Sound cheap to me, part worn tyres would cost the price you are after.

Yep local place wants £35 each fitted. they come with 3~5mm and luck of the draw what you get.

If they dont sell.
I cant make my mind up, try ebay :weirdo: or leave them on the back yard as winter tyres. I think the wife may have somthing to say on the second option :thumbsdown:

I'd keep them, save the good tyres from the salt and grit. Get quite hard winters over your way as well, I think.

You are giving them away at £100.

:hmmm::hmmm::hmmm:

To be honest Pete, im struggling to sell a set of 4 nowadays. Im lucky to see £120.00 for ones with 5mm tread !

I think hes being reasonable with his price.

I believe the problem is people not wanting to collect.

Everything is delivered nowadays, and to send 4 wheels without a courier account can become expensive and then put them out of the window as a bargain.

I cant see why people insist on couriers at times, what happend to going out in your car for the day and enjoying the trip to somewhere different.

I travel all over to collect cars, and dont use transport services.

I know fuel is expensive, but if we let ourselves be forced into a society where we dont go anywhere in the car, then the govt would have one with there policy to force us out !

Sorry to go a bit off topic wasa, hope you do sell your wheels.

Put them on ebay, and list them as collection only.

You should get £100.00 or just over, and measure the tread depths with a guage, try and show a picture of the guage for each tyre, just saves someone trying to say they arent the depth you said, and mark the alloys/tyres with a marker so you know they are yours just incase they try it on if they get a courier to collect them and then send theres back !! Ive had that happen once, and learnt the hard way.
