Its the TCI-Tech Engine with the Plastic cover removed....

IIRC it is revised, the block from a TCI-Tech is not interchangable with the old K series...

I think they have strengthened the internals and it is now more reliable as a result, certainly they have not had any HGF's since the TF500 went on sale (or if so nothing higher than expected from a mass produced engine, certainly lower than the K series)

Either way time will tell! as these engines get on in years we will see how reliable they are...

TF 500's haven't sold well up here and still have hgf.
