red led in rear number plate light
 

as title really. I have changed interior and boot lights to red LEDs (chavvy I know LOL) from a guy off eBay. Ad also states can be used in rear plate lights. Is this legal to do or am I risking getting pulled every time it gets dark?

Seriously though I think you would risk getting pulled in the UK.

will prob give it a swerve then. Cheers for advice. Haven't pulled any undesirables yet LOL but still hoping!
