Dan's Mk1.
Well here it is ....
Notice the bonnett sticking up at the windscreen. It's on washers apparently to aid cooling (?) Not for me. They'll be getting removed. If anyone wants them ... come get them ! http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...GOthers008.jpg http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...GOthers007.jpg http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...GOthers010.jpg Interior's in decent nick. Wheel feels good, but there is no space for the cables behind the stereo so it sticks out. http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...GOthers009.jpg Missing some mesh, and not sure about the yellow fogs. http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...GOthers013.jpg Having had some time to have a good look around it, there are quite a few minor blemishes on the paintwork, but all in all, I'm chuffed with the car. After a few hundred quid, I'm going to have a really good runner for a bit of fun and will be looking to get to more track days in it. I won't be too worried where I park it, or if the boys have their feet up on the seats either. |
You got a bargin there, at least it is a known quantity as well.

Congrats dude :)
I echo your comments about the bonnet and yellow fogs, aside from that, all good :) |
Its got a stealthy street racer look to it... I like :)
Not fond of the yellow fogs though. |
Looks good for the money....
Has the other one been sold ? |
looks nice mate but also not keen on the bonnet and the yellow fogs aside from that its nice

Been to a guy I met via the 75 forum. Bonnet now sorted although the panel gap is still poor. His current project .... Fixing vis motors ! |
i quite liked the bonnet was it just packed up under the hinges with washers?
|
looking good dan look forward to try and fit stereo.... as was really tight i trimmed up the plastic behind with a dremmal and was a lot easier to get all the wires in
