Looking for a Z

Hi all.

To cut a long story short, my son has recently joined the army in the UK and has set his heart on a ZS.

He wants a Trophy Blue or yellow Mk1 everything else is up for consideration.

I would prefer him to buy a well cared for enthusiasts car or an honest few owner one.

I haven't asked him specifically but I would advise him to avoid modded cars.

If you know of one or a trusted professional who could find us one please message me.

I am in France he is in Pirbright in training and won't surface at all until the end of October and not completely until the end of December.

I am able to arrange a viewing in certain parts of the country by trusted knowledgeable friends/professionals and possibly make a purchase on his behalf.

Thanks for any help. Ian

If you're not put off by a bit of work this is probably perfect for your boy.

My mk1 ZS180 saloon in TY is for sale, not perfect but is good, has only had 2 owners from new, I've had it since 2008.

Car is more or less standard now except for a couple of electrical upgrades.

I'm not that far from Pirbright, about 30 miles, so maybe up for taking it over there to show him if he has leave.

Car is TAXed until January and MOTed until December.

I will be washing it soon and taking a few photos to post in my for sale thread.

Well thank you for the offers so far.

Sorry hambo but I don't want him to have to start spannering before he can have any fun with something.

Doing the training is horrendously stressful so he needs at least a month or 2 before he has to start getting his credit card out.

Be interested to see the Photos and details talkingcars please.

Thanks Ian

I have found one for him and am having it vetted by a mate today who knows his way round them. When I have either decided yes or no I'll put up a link.

Not doing it before as one of you lot might nip in and grab it Lol!

Cheers for now!
