I was thinking that about making a VIS indicator kit for sale,would there be any interest in this?

I wondered how long it would take for someone to offer! I was considering that myself, the only negative being the blanking plate. Ideally this needs to be either supplied as a whole or the board comes complete with LEDs just leaving the 'customer' to drill the holes for the LEDs etc.

One downside I can see is drilling the holes, if central to the blanking plug, the rib inside tends to kick the drill bit over if not careful. Enough to look crap and out of line.

I may supply the blanking plates, so that isn't an issue!, it is just the cabling to the engine that may be a problem.

Yes, best way Kev. The engine cabling is the stumbling block, might have to be Scotchlocks? Some don't like soldering irons! There is a shorter route for the cabling, as mentioned in my thread, under the water top up tank.
