I'd like to put my name down to borrow it please

I've just returned home with it (good to meet you Tom), so if you can PM me your details, I will forward it on as soon as I've checked / fixed my VIS motors.

I would like to put my name for the VIS tester.

I currently have it and the address for Rockey5uk2001 to next send it however I'm not entirely sure it is working properly so also been in contact with KevG about it going back to him for checking over.

I've had both my motors refurbished so they should be good, hence my uncertainty about the tester itself.

I have my own VIS tester.
I don't want to post it around like the one in this thread, but if anyone within reach of the Chelmsford (Essex) area wants to test their VIS motors, let me know and we can arrange it.

VIS motors are so terribly unreliable, a VIS tester seems almost essential for a KV6 owner. If only someone had come up with a complete replacement for the whole plenum/VIS manifold, which has always been the blight of KV6s.

Right where is the site vis tester? I have pm'd the last known recipient Ian Donkin but he has failed to reply in 12 days!

I am reluctant to buy or source another one if the existing one cannot be trusted to forum members, remember this was done FOC. The next one may be charged for. I know this is tarring all with the same brush but equally annoying all the same.

it need some work:

Belts
Thermo Housing leaking
Dump the ***** leather interior
sort the rust
fit cold air
secured a full piper system eith decat so that will be fitted.
give it a bloody good clean
wheel powder coated
re spray n/s front bumper kit

and well anything else i can find :sly:
