advice needed

Can anyone tell me if these are the correct escutcheons for the rear of the ZS, it says so on the listing but i thought you needed two different types,(for the locking device on one side of the headrest) these look the same. been after some of these for ages but don't want to buy the wrong ones, any advice would be appreciated, cheers guys

They are not the same as the ones i fitted in mine the tops on 2 of them are wider which has the locking mechanism in it

They are not the correct escutcheons for the ZS. The ones shown fit some Rover 45s and 400s. The type that you need have square tops, with a locking and non-locking one for each headrest.

Thanks for the advice guys, i guess the search goes on for now.....

How desperate are you for these? I've got two local rover breakers ringing me as soon as they get a mk2 in so I can have a look for you when they do, thing is they might want to sell the whole back seat though....

Rear ones out of a 400 bubble (and possibly the similar Civic) will do - if they are wrong colour you could paint em with a bit of Humbrol enamel.
For each headrest you should have one with a square top and one with rectangular top with release button. They come out of the seat by turning 1/4 of a turn clockwise iirc.

Its the two on the right (2 of each required in total) in pic that you need, other one is what dealer supplied to me and was totally wrong.

The ones in ebay link in OP MAY be ZR /25 ones but not sure - certainly not ZS /45 ones!

Don't know about on the 400 but on the ZS the rears are totally different to fronts.

Edit: Had a look on old RAVE and on the 400 the fronts are different too

2nd Edit: Front seat ones out of "wedge" 200/400 MAY be the same - certainly look to have the square top in this pic.

you need the rear ones from a 400. trust me, i have them now!!
