bloody clutch

So Friday evening I get a call from my brother who is 15.he is stranded in luss loch lomond and he needs me to come and get him so I jump in the car and head off.the car runs no problem until I get go luss which is around 50 miles from home then the original clutch hydraulics start their crap.hard to find gears serious shuddering and clutch burning smell.managed to get it home and have just spent yesterday and today fitting the sheddist that I bought from James (talkingcars) a few weeks back.I was going to do it next weekend at a do stuff meet with Blair but my hand was forced early.so what can I say. what a huge difference the sheddist makes. the clutch and gearbox are awesome now.also.want to give a big thanks to James for doing me a great deal on the kit.cheers mate.

Good mod and do they always fail when you don't want them to!

A bit frustrating but pleased to have been part of the solution.

Andy do it now or as soon as you possibly can.you have no idea the difference it makes it is like a different gearbox in the car.

Grimmy, when you removed the old bits could you see what was causing the original problem?
