What is the difference in these two engines for the output to be different ???

IIRC there is a slightly different cam and map.

i heard that too but to me its not a cost affective to have different cams just to get a extra 10 bhp as they will have to build two different spec 2.5 kv6's when for me to get that extra 10 bhp could been done just by the different airbox and map, which would be more cost affective as they had to design and make an airbox for it anyway.

i could be talking rubbish and have no proof just my opinion
