sound deadening removal trick!!
 

been struggling with removing the sound deadening which involves hours of heat gun and scrapping and then soaking with white spirit and struggling with the leftovers, that is till i tried this trick of using dry ice, did the whole back of the car in about 15-20 minutes (after leaving it to cool it for 30 minutes before hand) would highly recommend this way as its far easier. all i did was mix some methylated spirits with it mixed and then left on it for 20-30 mins

Yes way easier to get off when its cold all you do by heating it is make it like glue :ohmy:

Thats why mums put ice cubes on chewing gum........

I did mine with a load of out of date CO2 fire extinguishers, worked a treat.
