Dont do it........I should know I have made the same mistake twice...once you go everything else is a poor comparison and I am back for a third time.

If you can afford to get something better then do it!

I got a Focus ST last week and absolutely love it, great upgrade from the ZS. However, if you are only going to buy something for around the same money then you can't do better than the ZS I don't think.

Tell me about it. I had the ZS for 3 years:

chopped it in for a prelude - got bored with it after 2 months

chopped the prelude in for a C70 t5 - got bored with it after 2 months

chopped it in for a 5 series - I have had it 2 months and guess what?

Yeah, Im selling it :D

Wish I had kept the ZS. Like Rory says, if you are changing for something of similar value, theres nothing as good IMO

If you are on your second then why change again? There must be something about the ZS that makes us still want another. If you were to change make sure it is something special.

Couldnt agree more with what everybody on here has said, obviously we are going to be biased though ;)
Think about it, what can you get thats as economical, as good looking and handles as well as a ZS derv for the money? In the current climate the ZS derv is the perfect sensible, but still fun car. Rare too with the 180 kit so if you sell and regret it you may have to wait a while to find another. Just noticed a grey one on pistonheads advertised for 3.5K, it had sold in less than 2 days! Id keep it to be honest it its meeting your requirements.

As a baised derv ZS driver then i say keep it!

If you are bored of the levls of poke it has then tune it a bit, that will bring the grin right back imnsho :)

As above, great cars, my one goes as quick as you want to go. ;);)

Only trouble is the boys in blue like stopping me to look at it!!!!

It's odd the way you can get attached to certain kinds of cars. I had an MR2 and loved it, then had a Supra turbo and loved it... Now got a zs180 and love it!

But will I get another one once I eventually sell it? Probably not to be honest. Don't get me wrong, it's an utterly fantastic car, just like the two toyotas were. But I love moving into something else different - I love being able to own and experience a variety of cars as long as they are all fast and fun of course!
