Return of The ThumpBuggy...

After seven months of HGF-induced woe, my baby is back on the road, so thought I'd give her a well-deserved clean :D

Apologies for the tyres, left my tyre pen at home:

Really need to adjust the bonnet:

Still got a few bits to replace in the engine before it's roadworthy but thought I'd take some pictures of my new bonnet lifters and Viper while I had the camera out:

Comments, good or bad, are most welcome, however if they're not good I'll teabag your mum and ping your dad in the face with my foreskin :D

Lookin' good, there are some nice touches.............

Looked better with the rally bumper, but I know the hassle you have had with that.

As for pinging, is it still intact then!

Its about bloody time, looking good though, no regrets about changing from the 135 ?

Just a quick update...

Was fed-up of the chunky PS2 under the passenger seat, so got me a slimline, modified the glovebox a bit, retrimmed some cardboard, et voila:

Leather isn't a perfect match, but is pretty damn close, and for free I can't complain. Still need to drill the holes for the leads and velcro the PS2 into place, but you get the idea.

Also got some white heater surroundage from a dude on eBay to replace the peeling standard effort, w00t:

Not quite back on the road - still need a new timing belt cover and oil pressure sensor, plus needs to be retaxed, so just going to wait until the 28th before I retax it so it doesn't start from February.

As for plans, let's just say seventeen cows died to produce the leather I've recently bought... ;)

Also need to get my plate back on the car...
