*** Wanted *** 180 Xpower Springs
I know they are like rocking horse poo but I thought I would put it out there just in case :)
Much luck with your search, it took me ages to find a set.
I know Im going to need it but hopefully someone will take pity on me lol. Really don't want to go to motobuild as Ive heard that the springs are of questionable quality lately
I've tried MB springs, they are nowhere near as good as xpowers, they were fine on smooth roads but at the time my journey to work was 15 miles on bumpy B roads, they weren't good at all
Yeah I had MB springs on my last one.
they sat at different heights at all 4 corners and I wore through my inner arches I always thought they were to soft as well. Ive been considering civic coilovers but apparently there not much better. |
I don't know if these are any good, anyone tried them ?

are standard TD and 180 springs the same?
Yes
Not a brand I have heard of tbh...
Eibach make springs for the m series civics (identical chassis to the ZS). If you go on the civic5 forum a few people on there run the eibach springs on ZS dampers.
Gives a good drop and the springs will be of same quality as xpowers as eibach made the original xpowers. If the GAZ coilovers on the TD ever give up I'll be going down that route. |
