Welcome to the forum, just get fogs from a scrappy.
Easy.
The ones I used are from a Rover 45.

Think the fitting brackets are hard to find, so make sure they come with the lights.

How easy is it to sort out the wiring and switch when fitting the lamps?

Even if your vehicle originally came without fog lights you will probably find the wiring loom will be the same as one with fog lights and hence will be suitable, just a question of fitting fogs on one end and switch on other.

You will still need to find a Garage with T4 to activate them once you fit them,
Cost me ?15 just to get them activated.

I didn't know that, so apologies for not providing quite the full information...
