my new car!

Bought myself a new toy today but it will be kept off the road until october as it will then become mot exempt!!! Before i post any pics, i want to play a little game.

I wanna see if you guys can guess what it is i have got... heres some clues.

1. Its pre WW2 1938 to be exact!

2. It was manufactured by a british company. Behind the stylish rearward sloping radiator grill is a 1131 cc side-valve engine, with a relatively long 100 mm stroke. This maximised the engine capacity available in the 9 hp tax class which, in the UK at that time, categorised cars and set annual car tax according to the diameter (bore) of the engine’s cylinders. Power was delivered to the rear wheels via a three speed gearbox.

Thats the best 2 clues i can give without giving away the cars brand.

Good Luck!
P.S I still have my ZS i will sell a kidney before i sell her!

not really with a car the being the age it is theres no doubt the owners will look after them and mine is an absolute minter its only done 9,512 proven miles from new not bad considering its from 1938.
Have a guess what it is!
