I managed to get a look at the VIN for this car and it is a Mk1 shell, replied on bookface to!

Plastic steering wheel too, ALL the MG's came with a leather wheel.

would explain why the airbag looks a slightly different colour

Saying that someone has spent a fair bit of time and money doing the conversion! Looks great to me

Very tidy zed you have.

Really nice mate - alcantara interior and a 45 steering wheel and you're sorted.... ;)

I've got a ZS leather wheel minus the airbag you can have for a tenner plus postage ....

I see, that explains, still a cracking car.

Who was selling a R45 leather sports steering wheel recently,..Ross maybe ?

Mathew_ZS 06-01-13 12:30 PM

Well in that case i was unaware as it was bought from a car dealership in Tamworth, advertised and sold as a mk2 and i just thought it was one of the first.. Nether the less its still a cracking motor and im happy with the purchase.

As for the steering wheel i have purchased a leather TF steering wheel with the grey top and bottom.
