T series engine, spoiler and other bits!
 

Right having a clear out of all the stuff I've acquired to help pay for the last push on EX259

2 x Rover T Series Turbo Engines

both were running well when removed about a year ago, have been dry stored since (one is currently in EX259 but will be coming out in the next few weeks)

First one has a slight top rattle when cold... other than that it runs sweet. Comes complete including throttle, manifolds and standard turbo. No oil cooler (can include a new one at extra cost)

Second one came from a member on Rovertech who assured me that it was forged, but without stripping it down I can't confirm that.

Same as the other one it comes with throttle, manifolds and a standard turbo. I'm sure it has an oil cooler fitted but I can't remember.

oh how i would love one of them engines in my ZS or van :D

would drop perfectly into both buddy... one of the engines has a pg1 currently bolted to it with a new clutch and timing belt!

forgot to add i have a master and slave cylinder kit to sell too. open to offers on that

To help others Ross....which engine has the gearbox etc attached and is this included in the price?

how easy would it be to fit one of these tseries engines in an mgb?

It has been done, a guy on RT put one in his, quite a bit of work iirc

Im currently sitting in a snow bound airport waiting to go back to work so can't get pictures Im afraid

the clutch hydraulics are standard ones

the engine price does not include the gearbox as that is also for sale

How long would a garage take to fit a new engine? And labour costs?
