feeding birds

i'm washing and waxing my zs at least twice a week as the most inconsiderate old w****r at the end of the block keeps throwing left over bread out in a huge park at the front of the house, its not attracting small birds but seagulls! its ok for his heap of a nissan parked away up his driveway and in a garage but he's actually walking down a few yards so his garden and house dont get covered, i've contacted enviromental health but they cant do anything as the breads not lying for a length of time, anybody any suggestions before i go hunting for dog droppings and covering his driveway?????

I would go back to enviromental health, they should be able to do something, especially if you say you think you seen rats as well, could find some rat droppings for the car park.

Also the RSPB as there is a danger the birds may get hurt by a car.

Throw bread and seeds near his place.

I too would tell environmental health that you've seen rats.

not a bad idea never thought of seeing rats, i think he knows i'm not happy and he's doing it to annoy cos had problems with him when i was a boy, football went in his garden and he put a knife through it, modern day hitler basically, he got a 62 plate nissan note thats never went more than 200 yards to the shop

Sneak out one night and cover his car in bread crums.

1st move should always be talking to the guy.

buchan4042 14-02-13 12:49 PM

There's no talking to him but I did try, told me its not causing any hassle, he don't understand it's costing me a fortune keeping my pride and joy gleaming and bird droppings damage your paint if its left,

a mate of mine has exactly the same problem......his started a few years ago , hes tried environmental health, reported rats , you name it ......its now a war between him and his neighbor ......police got involved etc.......if you can talk to your neighbor I would try that first ........
