possible alarm problems

the other day whilst i was trying to get to the bottom of my window washers not working properly,i noticed the rubber piping was caught under the coolant tank,i removed it and discovered another plug,it looks like the terminal ends have been in contact with water,is this where the siren for the alarm should be,today i noticed my pass window was open, car was alarmed,so thought something wrong here, the interior sensor was disconnected aswell, its reconnected now,can i buy a siren to fit, from somewhere,as id rather have it blearing instead of my indicators flashing,if the worst was to happen

The alarm sounder does live under the coolant tank, it was probably removed after getting water logged.
