Front lower ball joint

Has anyone any tips for replacing the front lower ball joint on a ZS? The boots have torn on mine so I took the uprights off my 120 breaker and I'm going to replace the bearings, disks and the ball joints and replace the whole assembly as one job. The lower ball joints seem to be a bit of a PITA according to people on facebook

They just press in don't they. Sure I replaced mine with some longer ones, Didn't seem to have any real trouble.

not difficult to remove, people have done them with just a hammer and vice.

I used a cut down piece of ali tube and a vice to press out and in the ball joints.

I used Andy Cowen @ C&C Engineering to replace the wheels bearings. He has a nice big press to get them in and out.
