Anyone with bass in their ZS
 
Noticed that things are starting to creak and ratle etc, my door cards and my centre console lid are starting to rattle tried tightening the lid but it doesnt help.

KevG is running a fair lump of bass in his saloon, don't think he's had any problems.

my st rattles like mad now i have 2 subs in the boot am going to dynmat the door pannels to see if it helps apart from that not sure..

I had Dynamat in the doors of the ZR, it does make a huuuuge difference. Reduces alot of the road noise too

how dense is it? I mean, How much weight do you add doing the whole car?

yeah, just takes patience because it's bloody sticky stuff! You've got one chance to get it right and then it's stuck there. Horrible stuff to work with!

There are a few different types, but it's quite thin. I'd say 2-3mm thick at most. It's just foil and glue so it's not heavy
