how much is a gear box oil change roughly, how long does it take. zs 180 with standard box

You need MTF94 for the PG1 gearbox. It takes just over 2L.

Not long, proberbly about half an hour.

It should be done every 100k or 7 years I think.

however i'd recommend chaging it every second year as most 180s do get a bit of harsh abuse, oil is under £20 from land rover
