Typical ..... I agree to sell with 12 months tax, and I get an offer from some other guy from the 75 site, for the same amount, but this guy just wants 6 months! I'd basically be £100 better off !
Anyway ... Integrity says, first guy gets it, providing he comes through with the deposit.
