people seem to be disagreeing with me but if I were you I'd call up a car audio specialist to get their advise before you waste money...

the problem you are most likely experiencing is the fact the alternator not being able to charge up the battery as fast as power is being drawn from it. It could well be there is an issue with your battery or the cabling in the engine bay, so it's well worth replacing them as Shafz said. What wattage in RMS is your amplifier(s) in total? If it's below 1000WRMS, it could be a dodgy battery, but it if it's 1000WRMS or over, upgrading your battery, or adding another battery isn't actually going to help.
