I bought one from someone but was disappointed with the information supplied, when it did alert you to a jam it was usually after you had joined it, then the segments started playing up so it came out.

On long journys I also had our navman with traffic info and that was more helpful but still only as good as the info put into the system and then only when it gets a signal.
