Very unusual for a new tensioner to fail, makes you wonder did it get changed at all?
Did you get the old parts back?
This will be interesting to see the outcome, as i myself have waited 4 months for a warranty claim for a clutch i had fail after 200 miles. Lucky it was on my own car so i didnt have a customer to report to.
