Nice one, my car has a front end at some point before i got a hold of it, the repairs to mine were a bit sketchy, i found my drivers door/wing gap was ok, but the top of the wing to windscreen pillar was off, this was easily fixed.

The problem i had was that the eejits has used bodge on the drivers door, and it had started to crack, so i bought a new door, painted it and set about fitting it.

Imagine the suprise i had when the new door went on and never lined up, i never noticed it before but the rubber trim around the outside of the door was not touching the car up by the roof area, well it was now on the front door, but the rear one was not, the eejits had used washers on the rear doors hinge, to space it away from the car body and line up with the front door :s

So new door on, washers removed from rear doors hinges, and it all lined up a lot better, almost factory now, bar the slight niggle with the wing to screen pillar section (the metal was easy to bend by hand into shape)

My door post does not have a kink in it like yours mind, surprised you got away with it
