its a wheel-whore sticker,its a web site dedicated for people who have o.c.d with wheels,realy low cars ,and cars with rediculas stance,alot of people in vw scene have them on there cars ,but you can have them on anyting ,i just like the sticker it stands out and its a bit different
(also good for covering up nasty scratches on your bumper lol)
