we got a ZT-T Diesel which has the BMW lump in it, its not run for 4months as its got a fault with it that no one knows what it is, replaced all the plugs and sensors ( over ?500 ) so far and still not working.
it is getting expensive and thats mainly because they are BMW Parts.
as people say BMW is expensive when they go wrong, when i worked for BMW i saw quite alot come in, but in fairness not many where the diesel.
If you can trust it enough even with out the history its a good buy, depends how long you are looking at keeping it, if its along time then a loan will be ok, if you think your going to miss the MG to much then it could be a expensive mistake.
