On a long run I easily hit 50 mpg, and get mid to late 40's going around the doors (no mods done to the car)
I have had mine for just over 2 years and had no bother with it.
Personally I think the mk2 saloon looks are better than the mk1, but that just my thoughts.
When I was looking for mine the MK2 TD's were like hens teeth though!!! but if its what you really want I would hold out as long as you can and one will turn up.
