Its for the Rover 200 but the same principle for the ZS lights

Don't heat too much as the plastic does melt!

Once you got both parts of the light seperate, you can just reach in and the orange lens pops out. You will need to get some orange indicator bulbs to replace your old ones as they will end up emitting a white light which is illegal.

If you need a spare set of MK1 headlights let me know...
