okay the reg is D9 CHA and it has KHAN across the front of the bonnet,

police are doing nothing about it, saying its a "civil matter", despite the fact it has ?600 of my dads parts in it, my dad said to the police "Would it be okay for me to go down to currys and take a telly and not pay for it?" police said that would be different
