brother in law had his elan written off by the insurance (and recoverd with his stuff in it before he had the chance to buy it back) and replaced it with the Elise.
he loved it on the twisty stuff but hated it for the longer drives, sold it after 9 months and bought an old cheap 2L celica which he drive into the ground... and used the difference for a flat deposit
