Dont try and get more than 150-160 tops on a standard turbo - they just do not flow enough air to keep the smoke down - and you will see a massive rise in exhaust gas temps....

also if you go above 250-lbsft torque you need to uprate your clutch...

i got my set of SDi's for ?15 , no idea the mileage either, i had the nozzles cleaned in solvent before fitting them to the injectors again - old nozzles have slightly larger holes and put more fuel in - otho not as 'well' as new ones.

it is about ?25 per injector to get them calibrated iirc from an injector specialist.
