Just looking for some advice - I have just phoned my insurer (Egg) to see how much some mods would increase my quote by.
Ended up telling them that I already had a different to standard exhaust
(idiot) and they then said that they wanted £123 from me for the privilage (bar stewards).
Anyhow after having a bit of a rant and wanting to raise a complaint
I got off the phone without asking my original question. Ended up getting a quote for an extra £112 for these mods; induction kit (they put this down as an air filter?), sports cat and exhuast but an increase in my excess of £200. As long as the modifications don't improve BHP by more than 10% - should be within this.
Anyone got any comments / suggestions - is this reasonable, should I go elsewhere? Cheers...
