You do get the feeling that UK sales arnt all that important. Think they wanted the name for the Racing Heritage and the past history of MG. Sounds like the sales figures for China are doing OK, so it must be working.
888 engineering must be a great crowd, to take the car out of the box and getting it up among the winners from its first outing.
Sure Plato played his part in grabbing it by the neck and driving its tyres off.
Certainly made the BTCC more interesting with the MG and Plato, know some dont rate Neate, but maybe the money he brought to the table helped some of it happen.
