There's a couple of things from looking at the pics, the front bumper/wing seems to be misaligned, the bonnet is lower than the wing, the interior looks filthy, the front seats look knackered, the engine bay looks pretty rusty.
If it goes cheap enough it would be a good buy, but I think it's going to take some work to bring it up to scratch, check its history as well.
