I looked in to that, the issue being now that i/c exits the other way, it would foul the outlet for the Ti rad.
You can see this with the following pics.
This is a 420 TD setup
Again, 420 td Rad.
Compared to the Ti Rad, as you can see the outlet is right in the way as far as i can see !
