We are getting there.
This weekend got the following done:
- All brake calipers and pads fitted.
- Ball joint gaitors replaced.
- Stainless braided hoses fitted and brackets made for fronts.
- Brakes drained and bled. DOT 5.1 through the system.
- Rear ARB fitted.
- Front arch liners removed.
- Front arches rolled.
- Wheels on.
- Car given a good clean.
Jobs remaining:
- Just need to re-route the rear ABS cables along the LCA, might drill and tap the current pipe supports or remove and cable tie. Will play next weekend and decide.
- NSF coil spring making a noise since I lifted the height a few turns, will drop some oil in the seats to see if this quietens it.
- Adjust handbrake cable.
- MOT it.
- Tax it.
- Mini service.
- Interior clean.
Front disc/caliper
Rear disc/caliper
Rear Disc/caliper/LCA and cleaned up ARB and polybushes
Front caliper with modified hose brackets.
New rimmage and rubber.
A quick clean up.
