I love MG, but be realistic, they are dying.
I`m an MG specialist garage, and I`ll tell you how many MG`s I`ve worked on since the start of July, 2 and one of them was my own. How many in June? 3, again one of them my own. The harsh reality is, the majority of MG`s are sub £1000 cars. Why does anyone want to spend half their value repairing or maintaining them? A head gasket failure or timing belt service and they get shot. Christ discs and pads all round on a 180 and they put it up for sale!!
An 02 plate 180 is a token gesture trade in. It`ll go to auction and struggle to make £500.

Harsh words. Spoken like a unbeliever.....I love my MG. It may be worth £500 book guide, buts its priceless to me. I just forked out £200 for discs and pads allround. £200 for the wheels to be refurbed. £10 per valet. All you have to do is see how many turned up to the MGSD meet at Duxford....
