I don't think it would show a dip - it just wouldn't show the spike as it should when they kick in hence your very straight linear result.

It could be fueling wrong because it's providing fuel for the extra power that the working vis would give, but as it's not working, it's all wrong.

Just a thought mind you.

I have done a few runs with working and fubarred motors. When it was fubarred in my Mk1 I recorded about 149bhp and was running rich. In my Mk2 that I have now, I recorded about 184 with them both working well and all I've got mod wise is a piper cat back.
