Got to agree with Andy, looks fine to me. I wouldn't mind if a car had been driven 'well' as long as there is evidence that they do care, service and check fluids etc enough. Pictures hide a thousand sins is the only problem.
Get your pics of the interior and engine, if they look fine ask what imperfections there are that you would notice and point out to him that it is likely you will buy it if he is fully honest. If he isn't fully honest you will quite happily walk away regardless of distance travelled.
If someone is prepared to spend decent money on a belt change I can't see the car having neglected that much tbh
